You are licensing the Strategic Home Seller's Guide™ — a complete, ready-to-use seller education system built around the 3P Home Selling Framework™ (Preparation, Presentation, and Pricing).
The license includes the full manuscript in PDF format, the editable Canva master template, brand customization rights, and unlimited distribution rights to all of your sellers and listing clients. You apply your logo, colors, and agent details. Your clients receive a professionally structured guide that carries your brand from cover to contact page.
The standard Team / Brokerage License is a one-time fee. You pay once and retain ongoing usage rights within your organization. No annual renewals, no per-agent fees, no per-use charges. You can distribute the guide to as many sellers as you have, across as many agents as are part of your team, indefinitely.
The only exception is exclusivity. The Exclusive License tier includes market protection that renews annually. If you choose not to renew, your license simply reverts to a standard non-exclusive arrangement at no additional cost. You keep the guide.

By default, the Team / Brokerage License is non-exclusive. If market exclusivity matters to you — and for many brokerages it will — that's what the Priority Partner and Exclusive License tiers are designed for.
The Priority Partner License includes soft market protection: we won't actively solicit competing brokerages in your territory while your license is active. The Exclusive License goes further: no other organization of the same type within your defined geographic market will be offered the guide for the duration of your exclusivity term.
